Can I use GI Bill benefits while on terminal leave?

Are there any programs for honorably discharged veterans?

Are there any programs that honorable discharged Veterans can participate in?  I  did not take advantage of VEAP (withdrew funds but was enrolled at discharge).  I do not believe that I am eligible for a GI Bill.  My service dates were 11/1980 - 11/1993. - Tanya S.

How long can a college break be and still receive uninterrupted benefits?
