Are there any programs for honorably discharged veterans?

Are there any programs that honorable discharged Veterans can participate in?  I  did not take advantage of VEAP (withdrew funds but was enrolled at discharge).  I do not believe that I am eligible for a GI Bill.  My service dates were 11/1980 - 11/1993. - Tanya S.

Having never used my VEAP benefits can I get a refund?

I have attended college but never used my Veterans Educational Assistance Program (VEAP) Chapter 32 benefits.  I was enrolled in the program back in 1984-1986 while on active duty.  Can I get a refund after that length of time? - Michael H.
