Simply go to your user control panel, click on "Group Memberships" and select which branch you want your forum rank displayed as.

You do need to change your avatar. Cadets cannot use Active Duty ranks as their avatars. Find a picture of your Cadet rank to use instead. Also since we are cadets we do not have pay grades(E-4), only ranks.

Flyboy, he was talking about his avatar in the first place I do believe. First go to http://www.gruntsmilitary.com/ima/afjrotc/SRAirman.gif. Copy that link and then go to your User CP on the forums. Navigate to "Edit Avatar," and then look for the "Custom Avatar" section on that page. You will see 2 options; option 1 will be your choice. Hit the radio button that says "Use Custom Avatar," then paste the link you previously copied into that URL bar. Save changes and presto! Instant rank display.

Or just do what I do put your rank in your Signature. Don't focus on rank it's just a piece of metal. On the Grunts Forum the only think that matter's is your advice/Knowledge and your post count.

Post count doesn't matter in the slightest...

All it shows is how much you like to run your mouth. The experience part shows itself in the quality of your posts. (You, in general, not you Drill for Life)

I would still however not like to be noted as an E-1. I am an Enlisted rank 4 in AFJROTC not 1.
