Default Sea Cadet Corps

I am planning on joining my local Sea Cadet Corps unit. I was wondering if anyone could give me any information on it. How to promote, etc.

I was a Sea Cadet for three and a half years and left as a CPO in 2007. Here's a few links that should help:

resources.seacadets.org
compass.seacadets.org
www.seacadets.org

Look at the Advancement and Training Manual and the Regulations Manual. That should give you a pretty good handle on rate structure and how promotion guidelines as a Sea Cadet.

Throw me a PM should questions or problems arise. Good luck with everything!

A bit delayed but I was also a CPO in the Sea Cadets and I'm currently active duty so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask me and I can probably either help you or direct you to someone who can since I have many contacts within the NSCC
