Default Quick question

Ok today, two SSG's and myself were giving students at a local HS there asvab results, and in one of the class's we went into and talked in there was an AD DEP in the class, who made the comment that she didn't want to ship out in July for BCT. as she didn't want to join the Army in the first place. We told her to talk to her recruiter and figure it out.

Well after the class, The teacher pulled me aside, and told me that the DEP in question, had been having relations with her recruiter, all the way up to the day she swore in. And the reason she didn't want to go, was because of him. The recruiter in question is an E-5, and is 28 years old, and is married (I have meet him before) Now, I know I should have told the SSG's, but I didn't want to do it in the middle of a HS. Should I bring this to my Command, or should I go straight to his NCOIC?

"Stand not upon the order of thy going." - But unless you have proof, make damned sure you present it as an allegation (albeit a well-founded one), not 'fact'. If it is true, this clown should have a reserved seat in Leavenworth

The note was pretty... detailed.. and she sent me a few texts she saved from his personal number that he sent here. Would those stand as proof?

They would probably be 'proof' enough, but that's for someone above your pay grade to beat him with. Do what you have to, but for your own future, keep your 'fingerprints' off it as much as possible - let the Army handle it, don't make it a personal crusade.

Thats what I am trying to figure out who I turn all this over to, my command, or do I go to his command?

Who ever I turn it over to, I have a signed statement from the teacher, student, the notes, and I printed copies of the texts, or should I just tell them something might be going on, or do I had them everything? I don't want this to be a personal crusade, Its just he is misrepresenting the Army, and that ticks me off.

Take it to your command. They will bring it to his command.

Just my $.02, but I would inform your Commander that you have the information and that you intend to turn it over to his Commander just to make sure that you cover your own "6".

EDIT:

Sorry PaulR, we were posting at the same time.
