 BTW, if you want to embed the video in your post, simply click on the "YouTube" icon and insert everything AFTER the equals sign. Using your video as an example, the url is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtDj8taaaFk, so you would insert just the xtDj8taaaFk between [YOUTUBE.] and [/YOUTUBE.], and VOILÀ, you get this!
