Default Can somebody Plese identify this ribbon?

It right before the Navy Efficeincy ribbon and after the Navy Meritous ribbon? I have never seen this ribbon before.

The closest ribbon I could find was the Meritorious Team Commendation for the Coast Guard...

That is it. He did have some Coast Guard ribbons. He even had that O device on the Ribbon. He must have transfered from the Coast Guard to the Navy.

Well Drill, remember: The Coast Guard does serve under the Department of the Navy in War time. :P

Well he might of earned that ribbon thru working with a Cost Guard unit. WE don't know.
