Default New competition drill card

A few cadets in my unit attended the summer Leadership Academy, and the drill cards they worked with there had double time in the regualtion drill card. The commanding officers at the academy informed them that the card they used would be the regulation card for our area, and that we would be the guinea pigs for the idea.

I was curious whether anyone in area 8 has heard of this or if anyone has heard of anything like this happening in another area.

I have another weird Drill Card. My unit has the option of doing a Standard Unarmed Regulation Routine for our Raider meet on the 11th and on the Drill Card is Eyes, Right. That is weird in my unit, we have never had to do that for a competition.

Eyes right is actually pretty typical for our competitions, but double time is just something I never thought I would see in a regulation card.

Yes. I have recieved and given the command numerous times.

It was a special favorite of my 1SG when I was a Troop Commander as well.

Have you ever used Double-to-the-rear-with-a-slight-hesitation-change-step-march?

As far as I know that is an exhibition command only.
