Default Chief of Staff Reading List

The Army Chief of Staff publishes a Professional Reading list. The list can be updated when a new Chief of Staff is appointed.

The current list can be found here.

The list is divided up into 4 catagories:

Sublist 1 for Cadets, Soldiers and Junior NCOs

Sublist 2 for Company-Grade Officers, WO1-CW3, and Company Cadre NCOs

Sublist 3 for Field-Grade Officers, CW4-CW5, and Senior NCOs

Sublist 4 for For Senior Leaders above Brigade Level

For those looking for some good books to read on your own, I recommend looking over the first sublist.
