Default What do you all like to do for hobbies?

I will start with mine.

I enjoy collecting Luftwaffe uniforms and insignia. I have written a few articles for a related periodical, the first of which should be published shortly. Other than that, I enjoy working out and spending time with the family. I am a boy at heart and never outgrew video games. Occasionally, I am allowed to enjoy time on the Play Station 3 my wife bought me last Christmas.

Lets hear about what you all like to do to kick back.

Well let's see...

I love to ride my motorcycle, football, boxing, writing, reading, listening to music, hunt and fish. Most of all, I like spending time with my family.

Firefighting, rebuilding my Jeep, although not much time for it lately.

Old cars and military vehicles are my vice.

The kids are my joy.

Other than time with my family (which always comes first), I enjoy my trigger time. I get out to the range as much as possible...just something stress relieving about sending 7.62 death at paper targets! I participate in IPSC matches when I get the chance.

p.s. Mtnsldr's post reminded me....I need to put a rifle rack in my Wrangler.....

Default Hobbies..

Family, reading and my reloading bench. Still trying to put five rounds in a single hole at 200yds. Archery and the season opens next Saturday. I'll be looking for my 40th kill with a bow. Football, doesn't keep me indoors on gorgeous Fall days, that's why God invented the recorder and the very first 'after market' item to go on my FX4 is a gunrack...
Easy Brother,
Reddog...
PS Where IS that spellcheck button?

Speaking of guns, I just purchased a Remington 870 Waterfowl Model. Went hunting a few days ago, no luck yet. I'm a mobile no-fly zone.

While I lived in Idaho, I lived for hunting, reloading and the great outdoors. Now I am in Denmark, its just not the same when you have had the very best. My interests now lay with my coal forge. I enjoy getting out and burning some metal, pounding some iron into different shapes.

I am also working on building a power hammer so I don't have to pound so hard. Interests have changed, but one thing - you can take the boy out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the boy!!! January I am planning a trip CONUS, will take some time to go dog hunting!!! Got a .223 and a 25-06 which are just begging to be triggered!!

I prefer the 30-06 compared to the .270 when hunting bigger game. I've also had hunting experience with a Ruger M77 ranging from smaller calibers up to the .458 caliber.
