No offense or nothin', buddy...but there's plenty enough Veterans here that truly understand the realities of war. I doubt they need a lecture about it from you.

*EDIT*

Just checked your so-called "site". Why don't you pack up and go pound sand?? Far as I'm concerned, your kind ain't welcome here. Hit the bricks!! I've reported this post. See ya later clown.

CAMMMO, Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) non-profit advocacy group fighting for truthful and equal messaging in U.S. military marketing, advertising and recruiting strategies. CAMMMO focuses on heightening the public’s attention to the use of video games, motorsports and high school and college athletics to misrepresent the fact based realities of life, death or injury in the U.S. military. CAMMMO also seeks to effect a complete disassociation between the U.S. military and grade schools, as well as bring an end to the U.S. military’s relationship with the Boy Scouts of America.
I don't believe your site will go over too well here. To put it mildly.

Cammo

Hopefully you are a fellow United States Citizen and you are enjoying your freedoms that others have fought for and provided for you. Things like freedom of speech. Do not expect folks here to come running to your site. Don't advertise it either. If you want to discuss it, then please do so and back it up with facts. Don't expect us to believe you or feel bad about our service though, because it will fall on deaf ears.

To those that have reported this post and the other one...I have deleted the one, but I am allowing this one to stand in an attempt to show that there are other points of view. Also, we have had folks complain tongue and cheek about the effectiveness of Moderators. Well folks, Moderators are not here 24/7. We have lives of our own, problems of our own to take care of. One Moderator has just come back from oversea service, and should he not be allowed down time and time with his loved ones?

I'll never bust the Mod's chops, nor will I argue with your decision to allow this seagull to stay. But I will respectfully disagree with the decision.

Keep up the good work.

Since you can't do an intro, just leave. We don't need your kind to tell us about war. Do you realize that soldiers are probably the ones who hate war the most? On your way out you might just thank us Vets for givin it up so you can complain about what ever you want!!

I like the ... 'I came across a site...'

Nice.

You have my endorsement to remove this 'alternate viewpoint'.

Bottom line: We don't have a draft. We need to recruit for the Army at a minimum. The places this person says we shouldn't be recruiting takes away our greatest recruiting resource and the demographic that is most likely to join.

I know: Let's abandon the military altogether and hold hands with the rest of the world while we sing Kumbaya. After all, there aren't any real threats out there. Just fabrications of the government. The world is peace-loving and friendly. The only reason so many AK-47s (and their variants) are carried in the world is because the US is a violent, dictating aggressor-state. Hani Hanjour and the rest of the 'peace-loving visitors' that 'took the controls' of AA Flight 77 only accidentally crashed it into the Pentagon. Or maybe that didn't happen? Maybe the government invented it all to stir the American people to want to go to war with Al Q and the Taliban in Afghanistan? Give me a freakin' break.

Terminate this joker's account and this thread...that is unless he/she is willing to bring some discussion to the table WITH relevant facts.
