Default Ranking system is all over the place.

In my Company and Battalion we are trying to get our ranks fixed for next year's inspection. Well this year I have seen some really weird things. They jumped c/pfc's and c/cpl's to c/2lt's just because they were platoon leaders and the ones who were close to it already made sence to promot but this just aint fare. Next years Battalion Comander will be a Battalion Comander for two years because he will be a LET III Next year. He will do just fine at this position but at the same time the way they are doing this just aint fare. What do ya'll think?

I think I almost need a translator to decipher what exactly it is you're saying. Next off, do you have any ideas you've developed in house to correct your own issues, or are you just reaching out in hopes that someone has the solution to save your program?

Uhh... Learn to type better. (Fair, not Fare)

Other than that, have you talked to SAI or AI about your concerns? Usually it only takes one cadet speaking his mind to get the ball moving and change happening.

How old is your unit by the way?

Hope that helps!

You didn't say anything... I am sorry, but that is so wrong. What I don't understand is that if your AI and SAI were in the Army and knew the rank structure than why would they do something so out there?

He was saying he hopes it helps that when he quoted the original author, he corrected spelling/grammar errors.

Oh, I see. The OP had edited it so I couldn't see a difference.

Actually, the OP didn't edit it. Psy edited the quote area.
