Default Hello all

Figured I would put the introduction here, seems to be the right place. Anyway, i'm currently a third year cadet in Army JROTC, C/1LT, and a member of the Rifle Team, Drill Team, and Honor Guard. I have served as the BN S-3 and held platoon leader positions in the past, and serve as a training officer for new cadets to the program. Outside of JROTC, I am a First Class Boy Scout (Star in 10 days ) and shooting for Eagle. I also hold positions in Venturing and Science Club, and participate in Student Council and BETA as well. I am currently applying to the USMA, and have ROTC scholarships lined up as well.

Very nice, Mr. Overachiever. :P

Welcome to the site, its nice to see more AJROTC Cadets on the forums!

Well, if your name (first or last) is in your user name, you're going to have to PM Grunt (the guy that owns the site) so that he can change it for you... it's against the Cadet Protection Policy, made to keep you safe! :P

Other than that, welcome!

I see, it's just that my last name is quite common, not used to worrying about that.

Just be careful... there are some people out there that don't have your best interests in mind.

Hello to you as well, i'm doing pretty great at this particular moment. And it's nice to have a rank brother, but that may not last too much longer after my summer vacation ends.

Welcome to the forum. I'm the resident USMA cadet (just finished Plebe year), so if you have any questions about admissions, cadet life, summer training and opportunities, ect., feel free to ask.
