Default General Ranks

In the old forum, if I remember correctly, there was a review process once somebody had enough posts to make Brig. General/ Rear Admiral (LH). Is that going to happen on this forum? I realize that there will be a good amount of time between now and when that actually happens, but I was just wondering. Thanks and God Bless.

That review process actually went away after a bit. Not sure if it will be put into place here or not. Many of us really don't care about it at all. I've asked before for my rank to be capped at the rank I held when I retired. For me, to have a false rank is wrong and I prefer to have the rank I earned in my Service to Country.

I didn't know how to change my rank on here(figured it had to do with the amount of posts you have)

So I posted my rank in my signature.

My avatar and signature say everything that needs to be said about my rank. Though I am not retired, or in a senior rank, the fact is that I am proud of what I have done in my time in service and what I've done as a Specialist.

There's a PM about to launch to Grunt to lock me at PO1...if it's good enough for Uncle Sammy, it's good enough for me.

Like many others, my rank is posted. How I retired is all I need.

Default Rank..

Same here, Sergeant Major. Stopped my rank in the old FORUM when it hit what I earned. I would 'feel out of uniform' with any other. And believe me, we did EARN our rank.
