"Quick Reply" in threads. Mine is not enabled. Is that the default and can it be enabled?

Hi Ben,

Do you see this icon in the bottom-right corner of posts:

If you click it, that should "enable" quick-reply. Try it out and see if this is what you're looking for.

I'm not sure why it isn't enabled by default, I can look at the admin settings to see if this is something we can override.
