Default Finally Enlisted

Hello guys, it's been a little while since I have been on here...sorry for the lack of recent updates. I would just like it to be known that I have finally accomplished my goal of enlisting in the U.S. Army. My contract is for 11X (Infantry) Option 40 (Ranger / Airborne), which means I will be leaving next summer for Infantry OSUT at Ft. Benning, GA, and will then go to jump school and given the chance to go to Ranger school. My ultimate goal is to get into the 10th Mountain and eventually try out for SF. I am now an E-2 and will soon be promotable to PFC before OSUT. Thanks guys.

Are you going to Basic training this summer in the CHISE program?

Huh?

I thought Army combat medics held the separate (non-infantry) MOS of 68W?

Yeah...failed to mention I have changed my MOS since then. My bad guys. My MOS is actually 68W...which was what I originally wanted to do...I changed it to infantry in a spur of the moment thing and then changed it back to 68W when I actually thought about it. Sorry about that.
