Board Questions...

[C/CPT Hazard]

I have a board coming up next week and the study guide I was given has two questions that I just can't seem to find the answer to. The one is How many steps does the platoon leader stand behind the platoon? I know the Platoon SGT would stand one step and centered behind the platoon but I don't know about the Platoon Leader. Then the other question is What are the 5 key platoon personnel? I'm aware of the Platoon Leader and Platoon Sergeant, other than that I do not know who else would be "key personnel." If you could help me out it would be much appreciated, thanks.
