Default Commander of the Sixth Brigade?

I had my units inspection today and the one question nobody could answer was who is the Commander of the Sixth Brigade. I thought I knew a lot for a LET 2 but this question escaped me.
I checked here: http://www.gruntsmilitary.com/board/showthread.php?t=35

But the answer wasn't there. Can anyone help me?

EDIT: After searching inside the links in the topic I linked to I found the answer.

But as long as this topic is here I might as well ask something else thats on my mind.

Then Staff Board is coming up soon and I am planning on going for either S-1 or S-3. Other than the information in the LET books, what else should I know about these two jobs?
