I see the Cadet Forum that's for teens but where do I post questions regarding college ROTC, academy, etc?

The Forum that you are looking for is the same one for High School Junior ROTC Cadets. Basically, ROTC and JROTC share the same section.

Thanks, yes the the "Cadet Forum" has historically been a combination of ROTC and JROTC postings. However, we'll definitely keep an eye on things and could potentially split the Cadet area into two distinct ROTC / JROTC sections if the need arises in the future. But for now it seems to work just fine.
