There's a little box on the lower corner, titled "Manic Mode". If you click that, simply mousing over the bubbled will make them pop, rather than requiring a click on each bubble.

Your thread title wants us to "Trun" up the speakers. I'm sure you meant 'turn". Then in the body you reference manic mode.
