Default Another one for the Texans

Due to the popularity of the "Survivor" shows, Texas is planning to do
one entitled, "Survivor, Texas-Style."

The contestants will all start in Dallas, then drive to Waco, Austin,
San Antonio, over to Houston and down to Brownsville. They will then
proceed up to Del Rio, El Paso, Midland, Odessa, Lubbock and Amarillo.
From there they will go on to Abilene, Fort Worth and finally back to Dallas.

Each will be driving a pink Volvo with bumper stickers that read: "I'm
Gay," "I Love the Dixie Chicks," "Boycott Beef," "I Voted for Obama,"
"George Strait Sucks," "Hillary in 2012" and "I'm here to confiscate your
guns."

The first one to make it back to Dallas alive wins.

My bet would be those people would be lucky to get past Austin. But being a non-Texan (so sue me ), what do I know?

You're giving them more credit than I am (and besides that, they'd be at home in some areas of Austin) - I don't think they'll make it past Waxahachie on their way to Waco.

JohnP,
I can pretty much guarantee their mission ends near San Antonio if my former Platoon Leader has a say in the matter.

They wouldn't get past me and mine in Midlothian...IF any of 'em made it as far as Cedar Hill.

How about changing the name of the show..from 'Survivor'...to 'suicide gauntlet!'
