Given the obvious - a Cadet can be interested in aviation and not be in an Air Force-related Cadet program - I figured this would be best put in the "Air Force Cadet Forum".

For those who are highly interested in aviation, there are a bunch of aviation related college degrees (at all levels: associates, bachelors, masters, etc.) in things from the common Aeronautical Engineering degree to things such as degrees in Aviation Maintainence and Aviation Business Management.

Here are some of the more prominently-known colleges with aviation degrees:

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (http://www.erau.edu/) (Majors (http://www.erau.edu/degrees/l-degrees.html))

Daniel Webster College (http://www.dwc.edu/) (Majors (http://www.dwc.edu/academics/aviation/programs/av_programs_content.shtml))
(This school also has a Homeland Security degree program that looks pretty cool.)

Thomas Edison State College (http://www.tesc.edu) (B.S.AST in Aviation Flight Technology (http://www.tesc.edu/2733.php))
(*Bachelor of Science - Aviation Science / Technology)

Utah Valley University School of Aviation (http://www.uvscaviation.com/)

Please feel free to add to the list.
