[Drill for life]

A Little Four letter word


Love, what is it?
Is it something we want or need
Is it something we contain or let out when we breathe
How can a Four Letter word have such an Impact on us
It’s like someone hit us in the stomach with a bus
What is love and Beauty, is it in the eyes of the beholder
If you do love some one, have you told her
If not, Why?
What is it, her twinkling mystic eyes or her luscious angel lips?
Is it the feeling of total bliss
Is it the feeling of her Smooth Warm skin against you Cold Rough Callused hand
She knows if she loves you it’ll never begin
But who cares now its’ just innocent love
Or is it something more, something deeper
What if, What if it was meant to be
What if it’s been written in Heaven or aligned in the Stars
If she loves you will she love you when there’s no more money or cars
So what is this little for letter word that means so much to us and her
What is it a word, a phrase, or just something you say to please her
Love L-O-V-E

...Applause,Me bowing.... Thank you, Just a little info about this poem:
I wrote it one period before it was due(6th period in my second AJROTC class) and I read it to my SAI and he said I have great talent. My Literature teacher told me to write some more and submit them to the School paper. I am going to do it, when my friend's(In JROTC and out) heard my poem they started laughing because they didn't think I was so deep. My Girlfriend says I am real sweet.

I know I have grammatical Errors, I do not have any speellckeck(or word or works). I am just going to do this by my 11th grade Literature level.

I am just going to do this by my 11th grade Literature level.

11th grade, huh? I'm pretty sure by the 11th grade I didn't depend on a dictionary to get by in terms of use of the English language. The proper use of their, they're, and there were instilled into my knowledge set long before I entered the 11th grade, as well as correct grammar (use of punctuation, reviewing your own work prior to submittion, etc.).
