Am I the only cadet on Grunt's that is in NJROTC, or are the rest of you just hiding?

Well I'm in the NSCC, if that counts.

I was a Sea Cadet for three and a half years and left with the rank of Sea Cadet Chief Petty Officer.

Wow! I'm still a lowly recruit. Could you answer a question for me?
Last summer I could not attend Recruit Training because of a family vacation. This winter I can't attend again, this time because my parents don't want to pay extra (we didn't receive any funding from the federal government this winter, so the price went up).

My question is, if I skip RT twice, will I be kicked out of the corps? Thanks in advance.

You're not alone here, Cadet Master Chief. There is the two cadets who have posted just before me, and I myself am a former NJROTC Cadet Lieutenant. And if any of you ever need anything, PM or email me, and I'll do whatever I can to help.

It's funny you mention the people in units thing. On the old forum, there was a member who was from my high school (and I found this out very easily based on his posts). Ironically he never figured out my identity, even with all the information I gave him. I remember talking to him directly a couple times when I was home in December, and I don't think he had the slightest clue that the SPC he was speaking with was the former c/MAJ from his high school he'd met on Grunts.

That is crazy and kind of messed up. I wonder if there is anyone from my unit on this forum and i just don't know it:nervous:.

Haha how is Grunts lame? I don't think it is :D but what ever people have their opinions. Wow, I wish more people from my unit was on Grunts but the only problem is that if you have something to say about a unit or it's members and to others people's views they may be bad-then your gonna have some "ROTC drama." :p

Yes I would have a whole lot of drama with people from my unit ( I already do).
