I'll be easy on ya....
First - Correct your spelling and grammar so I can read and understand your post.
Second - You swore into the Corps but you haven't chosen an MOS yet? Is that how they do it nowadays? When I went in I had already chosen my MOS before I went to MEPS. I was also in the delayed entry program.
Third - Out of shape? How bad?
Forth - What kind of help are you specifically asking for?
Fifth - Post an introduction about yourself in the proper forum section, and fill out your profile.

Wow, last I heard (May 09) you had to be in somewhat good/ acceptable shape, and round is not the shape of choice, in order to get through MEPs and my son had to have an MOS chosen, if not a couple of choices in case there wasn't an opening in his choice MOS.
Common sense should play a role here if you really wanna get in shape. Eat right, lots of water, and exercise A LOT...run, weight trainin' and then run a heck of a lot more, push ups, run, sit ups, run again, pull ups (straight hang, then back up)...then run some more....repeat often!

There's two options you can pick your MOS right after you swear in at MEPs (with the recruiters who work there) or you can pick your three choices at your RSS and the Marines at MEPS choose which MOS you get. If there are a lot of Poolee's swearing in then most recruiters do it at the RSS (like mine did). It all depends on the Marines at MEPS.
