If the current cadets of JROTC would permit me...this old JROTC war horse would like to post his old ribbon rack in his signature along with his badges.

That is if it is okay with the cadets, I don't want to step on anyone's toes.

I remember there being an "Achievements" thread over in the old forum, where everyone would brag about their awards. And even I posted to that thread, it was the one place where my JROTC "resume" was on display. Sometimes, it's nice to share those things (and there've been occasions where I've dug out the awards to display on the forums for different reasons (there's one post here that has my drill meet awards)) but for me, the shadow box I have serves me well enough.

I wouldn't care if you displayed them, after all that's like telling a veteran that he can't display his. I mean you are a veteran of JROTC, so why not?

How about compiling a list of all local AFJORTC awards, because I and several other cadets I know have local medals and ribbons that are not posted here.

And how would you propose Grunt do that? Do you expect him to contact each and every JROTC unit and get a listing/picture and then try to figure out the order of precedence for each possible combination of awards? And since different locales use the same ribbon for a different purpose, how do you propose to put them into the proper order?

No, your local awards are that, local and there is no need for Grunt to concern himself with trying to add those.
