Some of the cadets are trying to set up an unarmed drill team and I was wondering on the requirements for that kind of team and how it differs from an armed team?
One of the main concerns are what are some of the necessary things need for a Unarmed drill team?
I'm also wondering about where to find good videos for cadets to learn unarmed exhibition.

Before answering, let me throw this out to you.
What do your governing directives have to say on the subject?
We are not here to do your research for you, but to help clarify information that you find when you have questions after reading the governing directive. The key being to read the aforementioned directive.
The nice thing about military related cadet programs is there is ALWAYS a regulation/manual/instruction that will tell you haw something is to be done and the required equipment to successfully accomplish your assigned task.

Have you ever watched unarmed sequences at competitions?

Bodies to form the team and directive documentation (SOP's, MOI's, and the regulation).
I'm also wondering about where to find good videos for cadets to learn unarmed exhibition.

An unarmed drill team requires only willing and able bodies and your standard uniforms. An armed drill team requires the same, only add weapons into the mix. As far as drill videos go, head to www.drillnation.net, register and check the threads there, there are a TON of videos and information there.

Another site you could check out would be www.TheDrillersConsotrium.com Head to the Media Exchange section of the forums, and there are tons of videos of people preforming, showing what they've learned, and instructional videos.
There are also sections for Unarmed Reg./Ex Drill as well as Armed.
