I know that no one this board needs reminding of what happened 8 years ago on this day, but I still wanted to put something down here on the board just to make sure that the day does not pass without some mention of it. I'll make it short and to the point:
Let us make sure that we never forget the events that took place that day and changed America forever. Let us remember the people who died during that horrible attack, and also all of the service men and women who have served and those that have died since then throughout the world trying to protect our freedom. They, like all of their predecessors before them, are heroes of the highest level. Therefore, to all of our service men and women past and present, I just want to say thank you for everything that you do and have done. Your service has not gone unnoticed by myself or countless other Americans.
