Hello. I have a question for the Armed Drill Team people here, whether your a commander or a member it goes to you.

I was wondering how many ADT's have a team name, I went to the Western Region competition this past year but only watched, hopefully I will compete this year, but I saw names like the Rattler Guard and others like that. I was wondering what would work for my drill team.

My battalion is the Cardinal Battalion, school colors are Red/White and Black. I was personally thinking about the Cardinal Guard. I think that the Red Guard is out since to me it sounds a little communistic and reminds me of the USSR. Thanks for any help.

Haha, the mod's are going to get you kid. Way too much personal info. :D

I know that in my little slice of the valley, none of our team's had a special name. It was the Drill Team, the Armed Drill Team, the Saber Team, and the Color Guard. I guess had we needed a name we would've just used the team mascot, as that was adopted as the unit mascot as well.

To save some mod's a little time: you might want to read this :)

And go introduce yourself in the introduction forum. Someone will come along with more info to your question. :D

Named teams are big for regional and national levels, at local and state levels, they aren't exactly known by their fun little mascot, but their designations. I like Cardinal Guard, simplistic and non-aggressive; would be great for a rising team.

Not to much that I saw, taking more would kill the thread. I think it will suffice as is. ;)

And until all adjustments are made to comply with the CPP this thread is locked.
