Wow schedule runs quite differently in my school. I don't know my exact schedule yet but I know my classes are:

Honors Precalculus
Army Jrotc
Photography
AP English
AP Modern World History
Honors Chemistry
Principles of Engineering
Lunch

Same classes for both semesters (with the continuence of each class of course). But the thing about my school schedule is that I have each class everyday at 45 minutes each.

Won't have my schedule until the 19th, but what I signed up for:

American Literature 12
Government/Economics (1 sem. each)
Geometry Concepts (yeah, I'm no good at math, I got that...)
AFJROTC AS-IV

That's right, only 4 classes all year! Day starts at 0800 and for me, lets out at lunch, 1220. But then I have to come back twice a week from 1500-1800 hours for the JROTC drill class, and probably more often for other JROTC and extra-curricular activities. Not a bad senior year, I'd say...I actually feel sort of dumb, a lot of all your classes sound pretty darn hard...but good luck with them, everybody.

Eh... It's online classes, the last math class I took (and finished) was pre-cal in 11th grade (so it's been a few years), and as it stands I don't have any concurrent classes. I'll take the vacation that 18 weeks will be and enjoy it.

Well, when you're taking college level classes and comparing them to high school, it is harder, especially when you're back in school after being out for 3 and a half years.

OMG! I would hate it if my dad was in the same class! Probably go something like this....

"Berry...Psst! Berry!....Psst! What's the answer to number two?...I'll ground you if you don't tell me!"

Yeah it sooo wouldn't work out. But good luck with your class! :D

Second lunches were nice. I had a lot in my half of a senior year :D

I can relate. The last math I had taken was Accounting in 11th. When I went to take the assessment during enrollment a lot of it looked foreign, not having seen it in so long. Have to work my way up, but I'm remembering it quickly, so kind of just a refresher, just sucks that it has to be 3 semesters worth of classes to get there, but I'm on the last leg now.

16 weeks of math isn't bad, especially when you have a cutie to sit next to. Perhaps the greatest luxury an actual campus can provide over online schools :D

I don't get my vacation till mid-December, but man, I'm going to enjoy the hell out of it.

I suppose that depends on the online shcool you attend. On the sofa with the wife was a pretty good deal.

(Made for some interesting "study breaks" as well :satisfied:)

You know, now that I think of it, the last math class I attended had a cute cheerleader sitting to my left... And though I may not see them while completing my classes, I do communicate with a few cute chicks on a daily basis either through my job or my buddies here, so I think it all works out.

I don't get my vacation till mid-December, but man, I'm going to enjoy the hell out of it.

I've been going at it every day since February 19, I think I'm due for my vacation!

OOH! Good luck with Chem. I hated it! I had like a low B/High C all year, but we're not on a ten point scale here so an A for us is like 94-100...Stupidest grading scale ever, but it does make you work harder which is for the best.

Ahyy you all got easy classes. All the high schoolers and stuff. College is a bit more... eratic. As demonstrated:

Chemistry 1150 - Intro. to chemistry
Chemistry 1151 - Intro. to chemistry Lab
Economics 2113 - Principals of Microeconomics
Philosophy 1180 - Intro to inductive and critical reasoning
AFROTC 2200 - Intro. to space
AFROTC 2201 - Leadership Lab
Accounting 2101 - Introduction to Accounting

and thats only first semester. Plus PT 3 times a week at 6AM, Field Training Preperation at 5:30AM on Tuesdays and extra PT with my wing commander and a few others on thursday.

College is a rough life!

College is a rough life!

I beg to differ. I've found college to be a pretty easy life the way I've been doing it, if that were the only thing on my plate. Try working 40 hours a week on a rotating schedule and fitting college in to that. Oh, and the 40 hours a week only includes the time I'm actually in the office. Add all the excess crap I have to do thanks to my unit, and you'd understand why I'm so exhausted all the time.

It's just a short break in-between the first two classes of the day.

My freshmen year was a lot better than this one is turning out to be.

Not just because of my classes, but because the corps is in a steady decline in activity. Since I'm holding several leaderships positions this year I have to work with the ASIVs to sort things out and balance that with homework/projects/etc.

AS-III (whole year)
English III H
English IV H
US History AP (whole year) I will hate this class.
Algebra II H (tried taking this as a freshman-moved. sophmore-they [tentatively] cut German, so I had to take German II last year semester II and move Algebra II to this year. Try number THREE)
Precalculus H (I think this will be easy. It is my last class of the day sem II and as such, I can do my Hwks. in lunch yay).

Ok Ok, 25b u got me there. U always got me on stuff like this, i mean comeone, u always win this stuff against me! lol.

But no, the classes may not be the hardest but I have to have every scrap of time i have devoted to the corps and to ROTC. Field training is this year and im Honorguard Commander again. Most of my time is spent studying or in the Det. Nuff said.

Well, I don't have "semesters" or anything like that (I'm at a year-round charter school), I take on classes as fast as I can finish them.

Currently taking:

English 11
Geometry (when I transferred to my current school, my credits weren't transferrable, so I'm having to re-do the class)
Computer Operating Systems & Hardware (CSIT110) - When I finish this class, I'll be able to test for my CompTIA A+ Cerfitication.
