Well, it's been almost two full months since Hairy's last login, and longer since we've last heard from him (or at least since I've last heard from him).

No, the recent past hasn't been forgotten, and yes I have been putting off a permanent ban in the hopes that Duke would come back and offer an explanation. But, as I wait, the forum grows more restless and more evidence continues to surface.

So, a ban has now been placed on Hairy's account. It's with no pleasure that I write this, and I'll continue to watch my inbox and hope for an answer as to what's happened here. I know a lot of people in this forum are eager to put the past behind us and move on, and I hope we can now do that.

Any questions, feel free to PM me.

Good to go, Grunt. I'm looking forward to a great experience here at Grunt's now that the mess has been mopped up.

I know it was a hard decision for you, but you did the right thing.
Thanks for letting us know.

A lots changed since I last posted here with any frequency. What happened?! The volume of posts seems to have slowed down as well.

For the Cadets - blame School.

For the adults - I have no idea, really. People get deployed, or they just lose interest in the forum.

It does seem that way JMP. I for one however do not miss the bickering and blasting of opposing viewpoints. I do miss the educated knowledge sharing on American history and philosophy.

One way to see if there are still educated and concerned personnel out there is to start a thread.

I challenge you all to start a thread to see if you can get a sound and adult debate going.
