Looking for those who were at Fort Riley,Kansas 1961-1964.
I served with Alpha,2/12 from 61-63,and Echo,then Bravo,1/16th from 63-64
I was a Sqd. Ldr. Sgt E-5 on a 106mm Recoilless Rifle Crew.
Went to W. Germany in 1962 on Operation Long Thrust IV and was in Wildflecken & W.Berlin.
We were in W. Berlin in 62 re-enforcing the Berlin Brigade during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Was also at Wildflecken in 63 when President Kennedy was killed.
