I know there is a way to add it, but has to be done at the Admin level: can you add a spot in "My Profile" for a Together We Served profile link.
On other forums of the same type it can be set up so all the user does is add his/her "profile identifier" (for lack of a better term) and a link is automatically made to the site.
Just a thought.
