Can people post spam on threads? JKT has been posting useless crap that seems like spam to me. Is it?

The forum includes a nifty feature where you can report suspected "inappropriate" threads (spam being the big one around here) to the appropriate moderators without posting threads like this. In the header bar for each post, there is a white triangle with red border and black | looking thing, which is the "Report Post" feature. Click that symbol, provide your reason, and the appropriate moderators will get an e-mail alert stating the post has been reported by so-n-so for whatever reason. Just don't spam us with reports of spam.

Spam is generally discouraged in any electronic environment, be it message boards, chatrooms, or even online games.
As far as JKT's posts though, I'm not quite sure that can be defined as spam. Some of them seem to be vaguely on topic, albeit hard to decipher. To be honest (and with no offense intended) it reads similar to the ramblings of a person strung out on serious drugs, yet properly spelled. It really is quite confusing, it'd be nice if somebody could get that situation by the ear and get it straightened out.

Note to all the "Junior Moderator Wannabees," you all know who you are. Leave the moderating to the moderators. If you think a post is innappropriate or spam, use the built in reporting feature which will alert the moderators and allow them to evaluate the post in question.

Yes Sergeant what about PM's and Visitor messages, do we also report those?

If something is blatently spam, and isn't someplace that most people don't look at on a constant basis (like everyone's visitor messages) or it's a PM (and typically the people who send those start out by posting several threads, so I've noticed), let someone know so the appropriate action can be taken. But don't go trying to take things into your own hands and report everything that even seems suspicious. JKT, though "unique", doesn't appear to be spam based on what I've seen.

Alright I wasn't referring to him though I was referring to another person.

Got it, just using him as an example though since that's who you started the thread with.
