Seems Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-MN) decided to school Treasury Secretary Geitner and Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bernanke on the Constitution UNDER OATH during a subcommitee hearing yesterday. I do NOT have a transcript available, but she was a guest on Hannity in the last hour today and he had audio of her class.
She is scheduled to be on Hannity's show on Friday night on FNC.
BTW, she knows what is in the Constitution and KNOWS that what the Secretary and the Chairman want to do is NOT Constitutional.

I just think it's too bad that she didn't totally embarrass him, the illegitimate Kenyan illegal immigrant, and every member of Congress who voted for this mess by pointing out the Congress didn't have the authority under Article 1 Section 8 to give any of them the authority to do any of this in the first place!

She very pointedly asked both where in the Constitution did they have the authority to take over these institutions. She wanted chapter and verse. Neither could answer the question. Neither even really tried to answer the question she asked.

Of course they didn't, because if they had, they would have been forced to admit, on national television, to the entire world, that what they were doing was totally and completely UN-FRICKIN-CONSTITUTIONAL! Can you imagine what would have happened to the entire Obliviots administration if they HAD admitted it? He would have become a lame-duck with 3 years and 8 months to go in his administration, and would have HAD to have been impeached, along with most of Congress.

Another thing she pointed out was that during that same hearing, Geitner told her that he would NOT support dumping the dollar for a world currency, yet today, he endorses China's Global Currency plan. Now, did the Secretary purjure himself before the House subcommittee yesterday? Or were his words "misinterpreted" today?
