That would be a "field version" image of either the German Army Hauptfeldwebel or Oberfähnrich (Offizieranwärter). They both look relatively similar - and unless I saw them side-by-side, on the same type of uniform, I wouldn't be able to tell them apart myself. Due to the wide white border around it, however, I would have to hazard a guess that it represents a Hauptfeldwebel.

Hauptfeldwebel

Oberfähnrich (Offizieranwärter)

The NATO codes for these ranks list them as OR-7 and OR-8, respectively - which would put them as rough equivilants to a US Army Sergeant First Class (E-7) for OR-7, and a US Army Master Sergeant / First Sergeant (E-8) for OR-8.

Hope this helps!

Yes i can confirm this.

The first rank is a german Hauptfeldwebel (OR-7)

The second one is an Oberfähnrich (OF-D). In Germany this Rank is one step
behind a Leutnant(OF-1)
